On behalf of the Vinesh Hemraj Family we would like to extend our most heartfelt gratitude to DAYALU CARE and your team of nurses - Ms Pauline and for a short period - Ms Etasha as well as Nishanee for organising everything so efficiently.
We are thankful to you and your company for a quick response and call to action. Thanks to you, Dayalu, we were able to stabilise and mobilise my mother and slowly get her back to some semblance of normalcy in her condition.
Your nurses who we had the privilege of working together with were highly experienced. Pauline and Etasha were very good with Maa. She felt comfortable and secure in their capable hands.
Having had the dutiful service of Pauline during those two months proved instrumental in bringing Maa, at 88 years of age, back to herself after her stint in hospital which left her weakened. We strongly believe that her level of professionalism demonstrated during her time here helped Maa get stronger and improve every day.
Maa still continues to get better every day.
Though Maa and by extension my family miss Pauline, we shall remain ever grateful and humbled with your services!

My mother fractured her hip in March and came home approximately
a month later. This service came recommended from
the Rehab at Entabeni and was really
essential to my mum’s recovery.
The carer Florence has been top notch in doing exercises,
massaging and walking my mum according to the recovery plan.

is now walking with minimal assistance.

Phili, our caregiver from Dayalu is like an angel to us. She is courteous, friendly and polite. She is always ready to
assist whatever time of day or night.
Her empathy and dedication is unsurpassed.
The Rautenbach Family
Amanda was my caregiver from the 6th April to the 6th May 2022.
On meeting her the first time, one sees a young woman
who is gentle neat and sweet in demeanor.
She readily assisted me with all my needs
- personal such as bathing,
dressing and general health care.
She was happy to assist me with preparing of meals and
cooking at times. She always washed utensils and
tidied up after these chores.
I requested her assistance during some exercises which she did willingly. She often suggested a massage of my neck,
shoulders and back which were troubling me.
We chatted often about current events and laughed together at funny incidents. She was a good companion and did
not take advantage of any situation.
She would occasionally stay extra time after her designated hours
of work for the day if necessary.
I recommend her strongly as a good caring caregiver.
Further, the Regional Manager of Dayalu Care regularly checks on the health of the client and on the performance of the caregiver. These are strong points in favour of recommending this
Organisation for the provision of caregiver services.
